The highlight of the #Panama Canal boat trip, of course, was actually all the #jungle wildlife. Lizards, bats, howlers, capuchins and Geoffroy's Tamarin; and that's just what I managed to take decent photos of.

More or less zero chance that I would drag @fleur_gul all the way to #Panama and not make a trip out to the #rainforest. So, when we found Gamboa Rainforest Reserve just a hour or so away from the city, it seemed like a fairly obvious choice. Did not disappoint.

Taking a page from the @_gerda.z_ social media playbook, I took @fleur_gul to Panama City for a quick trip in September and just never got around to doing anything with the photos, so finally going through editing and posting now. Nokhur may not be high mountains in #CentralAsia terms, but compared to most peoples' expectations of #Turkmenistan it's a delightful surprise and a happy change from the endless horizon of Karakum desert.
